Moja Shape Kolhapuri Chappal

This is a type of chappal other than those of the traditional Kolhapuri variety. The "Moja Kolhapuri" is particularly different from kapashi kolhapuris since it has more flat and rectangular front panels compared to the circular-shaped front panels on Kapashi Kolhapuris. This chappal style has been around for two decades and is ever-changing.

It is made up of leather, which is fairly common for footwear but what makes it special is how it's designed! There are some kolhapuris that do not cover the toes completely and have a slightly pointed area at the end of the tiptoe. These particular Kolhapuri chappals are called ‘Moja’.
