Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days on the availability of the product(As all products are handmade, it may take time in making). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order will be delivered within 6-7 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Order Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you need tracking details, get in touch with us.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

SHOPKOP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

We ship out of India as well. If you are interested in any product, message/mail to us. We will deliver the same to you. The international shipping charges will be calculated with our courier service provider and customer has to bear the Shipping Charges.
