At SHOPKOP, each product is handcrafted with care. However, if you need to exchange a product, we’re here to help — within the terms below.
📅 Return & Exchange Window
You have 2 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
✅ Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- You must raise a return/exchange request through our website within the return period.
🔁 Exchange Process
- Raise your return request on our website within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Once we receive your item at our facility, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.
- If the exchange is approved, we will begin processing your new product immediately.

❗️Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.
- You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
